A fishing vessel came across the body about 1pm in waters between Racha Yai and Racha Noi, not far from spots popular with day-trip snorkellers and divers.
Phuket Ruamjai Foundation paramedics helped to bring the body to shore and transported it to Phuket Vachira Hospital, in Phuket City.
The man appeared tall enough to possibly be European. After an estimated two weeks in the water, no clear clues to identity remained.
The man appeared to have had two tattoos on his right shoulder. He was wearing only a dark blue pair of underpants.
Anyone who thinks they might know who the man could be should contact Lieutenant Wuttiway Liangboonjinda at Chalong Police Station on 076 381247.
Publish a Picture as you did last time, could very possibly find that family are searching google now for his identity. Hope it Works.
