PHUKET: The Ministry of the Interior has ordered every province to suppress human trafficking as a matter of urgency, in accordance with the policy of the National Council for Peace and Order.
The Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of the Interior has launched an urgent policy to suppress and prevent human trafficking, for the direction of Governors and district officers with the cooperation of informed institutions able to observe all areas.
Therefore, people generally are also asked to monitor any movement of people and inform the Provincial Damrongtham Center, City Hall, or the Ministry of the Interior on 1567.

It would be nice if they provided a hot line number to call for specific trafficking tips...maybe offer a reward for convictions. Just a thought.
