Though I fail to see the connection of your question to any of the news excerpts here, I'm happy to say I've never seen it for sale here.

I can eat virtually everything from deep fried spiders to beetles and worms but Balut is the only thing I refuse to eat.

So far at least. I hear seal droppings are supposed to be a delicacy among the Inuit. That might make my list too.

In respect of animals droppings you may well be well behind a trend:
Kopi Luwak is so popular from Balu to Paris, and is produced in the Kingdom too.

There are more chinese living now a days in Africa then all western people combined. But mostly helping as doctors or nurses. But when ebola spreads, China may be affected too.

Normally ebola is contained with "immune" monkeys in limited areas in Africa, as their habitat is small and getting smaller. With people becoming infected, the virus will go around possibly infecting other monkeys in other areas or finding other trespassing vehicles. China, as they like to eat anything, could become a nasty spot for the virus.
