I know is says 57,000 odd megawatts and does so in other media as well but i believe it is a mistake. As this would be equal to providing 60 million people with an additional 1 kilowatt continious supply.

On 21 April 2015 Thailand recorded the highest peak demand of 21,139 megawatts. It would seem unusual for this to increase by 57,000 MW to supply a required demand of ~ 78,000 MW in the next 20 years
