Hooters ! Ah I can see the "quality tourists" lining up. I can also see the staff lining up for surgery ! I guess it's less dingy than the bars we already have.

The Americans and Thais shot down the plane ? That should sell a few copies. I hope he's got some factual evidence.

Glad to see America is willing to take a stand against the continuing abuses in Burma.

Lana, unfortunately it's called, "anything to make money", bear in mind it is only a franchise, and in Thailand the licence holder is Destination Resorts. Of course this looks like "Western branded blandness" but we must also remember, that here, it must, by law, be at least 51% Thai owned and as we've seen, on Phuket nothing is more sacred than the all mighty baht.

Whatever happened with the US pilots claims he found MH370 from satellite images just west of Songkhla in Thailand . This may add credence to the latest theory . What I can't understand though is how they say they tracked the plane to the Indian Ocean 2000 km from Perth .
