Has "No Escape" been banned as the second article says it was approved 28 July and then the article on Owen Wilson says "where it has now been banned"?

If banned, I am now interested to see it!

I assume we may get some further updates once the authorities understand the content.
BTW, Owen Wilson was quite good in "Behind Enermy Lines" which was certainly different to his normal characters.
