If taximeters that are part of Uber network, are fully licensed taxis under Thai law, and use the Uber for marketing and settlement, what is "unlawful" there?
Maybe that "unlawful" element is only byi accordance to custom law, that says you have infirm somebody about your business operations in the area and share a pie then.
