Yes, a very much increasing flow of young Chinese tourists, with all-inclusive packages, will visit Thailand.
Is Thailand prepared for that with enough Chinese speaking Thai tourist guides, since a tourist guide job is just for thai only in Thailand? Is the thai tourist industry anticipating/keeping up with the increasing 25% Chinese tourists?

Kurt. The Thais that are making money on the Chinese tourist are definitely ready to take the incoming money from the growing Chinese tourist sector.

I read that the 25 percent growth will stand for at least 3 more years.

It will definitely change the style of needs that tourists want for example in Phuket. Therefore Phuket will continue to change to meet the needs for the newcomers and the changes will replace style of tourists because they have different needs that have to be fulfilled. (Needs that will be at the absolutely highest costs possibly for the newcomers in Thailand, of course)

In Europe, tourists shops, tour conductors have natives to welcome tourists from overseas. Visit a diamond shop in Amsterdam, chinese tourists will be assisted by a native chinese, a Japanese by a Japanese, a thai by a thai(!). Etc, etc, and in other tourists sectors as well, and so on, and so on. This thai 'job protection' becomes more and more 'out of time'. Thailand want tourists? , then serve the tourists. Not like to compare with Europe?, than compare with Singapore. But blow that thai protective bouncing back bubble and start to think international in the international tourist industry.
