"increase the minimum wage to 360 baht from the current 300 baht per day."

Actually, they should just reduce Thai peoples working hours to 40 hours a week and not 48.
Then they can get OT @ 1.5 times

And a Happy April Fool's Day to you also, PW. Another outlet has tried a similar prank today claiming that the 90 day check can be now done at any 7-11 outlet!

So far the 90 day report online is a tricky matter. It doesn't work 100% sure! But the foreigner than is responsible for 'not reporting' if the Immigration is not handling it correctly. The Immigration not take responsibility. It is 'up to the foreigner'. I tried, didn't work. Quite unsatisfactory. So I again went in person to Phuket town Immigartion office. It did give me peace of mind. After all, this 90 day report is out of 'fashion'. Thai government should make it a 180 day report. ( Is there any other Asian country with a 90 day report policy?) I talk about this in the framework of AEC-2015 flow ( free person travel among countries)

@Mike et al:
The correct link is: http://extranet.immigration.go.th/pibics/online/tm47/TM47Action.do, but be aware that it only works with IE browser. There are 5 pages to submit, but when you press submit after page one, which is for personal details, nothing happens. I emailed Bangkok immigration about this yesterday, but they haven't replied - maybe because I didn't include my bank a/c number! Anyway I've tried many times since and the same thing happens.
