PHUKET: Candidates for Miss Teen Thailand 2012 gathered today at Phuket's Kata Beach Resort for a preliminary judging.

Young ladies from all over the southern provinces were expected to attend to try for the popular crown.

Contenders from Pattaya and Chiang Mai have already assembled and on October 14, the young ladies of Bangkok are expected to turn out.

From October 18-22 the leading teeners will head for Krabi for a break before the competition begins in earnest back in the Thai capital on October 26.
