PHUKET: An out-of-control truck roared down Phuket's Patong Hill early today and created chaos when it crashed and overturned into a concrete barrier at the bottom of the hill.
Workers took three and a half hours from the time the truck smashed into the barrier at 2am to fully restore the popular route to traffic.
The truck driver, Charoen Witcha, who works for Italian-Thai Development, was taken to hospital with his girl friend, who was also in the cabin of the truck.
Two motorcycles were destroyed but because it was early morning, not many people were around.

Great! At least for this week keeping up with a minimum of 1 bus, or one truck colliding at Patong Hill. Why all these drivers try to do the driving test for a driving license when they not yet ready for it? A 'out of control' situation can only happen: 1: if you not master driving trucks, 2: Under influence of alcohol or drugs, 3:When the brakes not work.
