PHUKET: A 33-year-old Phuket postman whose wife recently left him and his three children stayed on the roof of a cooperative credit union in Phuket City's Rassada today, threatening to jump for two hours before relatives and a psychiatrist managed to talk him down. A large catching mattress was inflated, just in case.
