PHUKET: A deputation from the French Embassy led by security attache Eric Francelet visited Phuket police headquarters yesterday to thank the island's officers for quickly catching one suspect in the April 18 murder of French tourist Fabrice Boigeol and pursuing a second suspect. Mr Francelet made the point that Mr Boigeol's murder at a villa in Rawai was random and could have happened anywhere. Envoys were keeping watch on people of French nationality ''acting like mafia'' in Phuket and Pattaya, he said.
