PHUKET: Three people supplying kratom leaves to Burmese workers in and around Patong on Phuket's west coast were arrested in a raid on a house about 5pm yesterday. Nikam Kasudja, 34, Jor Aui, 53, and Miss Kin Yo Meaw, 30, told officers the 17 kilos of kratom was intended for people who couldn't afford more expensive drugs.
