There has not been anything in the news about tourists being robbed. Phuket self-censorship?

Do you imagine that every event on Phuket is somehow pinned up on a noticeboard somewhere? Perhaps you're living in a dream world, Hockey. Wherever you come from, this is not it.

I think you'll find this news has yet to be reported anywhere else, laughiing arthur. Perhaps you and Hockey need to check your noticeboards more often.

Thank you Ed. I would like to say I read this site every day and am grateful for your efforts - and I notice that snatch robberies are reported here. I have to add that should the claim that this gang had 40 victims then it has not been reported - even mentioned - recently - unless I have missed something.

A snatch gang in operation would have been useful and important news - but it has not been.

I thank you in advance for your mercy.

Yes, arthur. Blame the victims. They never told us.

Dreamworld? Living a lie right here, yes. "Blame the victims. They never told us." What? Ok, I do not know how news are reported here.. the victims? Not the police press responsible? Even if the same news, all three farung news have different versions. I call that more like hear say than real news. Yeah I keep living my dream and you live your lie, great!

There are no ''lies,'' Hockey, only different interpretations of the facts based on gleaning information from different sources, at different times, then translating it into another language for readers who mostly understand that life in Thailand is inevitably different. A few, though, live in your world, the kidding-yourself world.
