PHUKET: Marine Police helped tow a disabled yacht, Septwolves, carrying a Hong Kong flag, back to Phuket's Chalong pier today after the vessel reported that it had lost the use of an engine. There were four men and three women on board.

A couple of times my old diesel engine failed (my stupidity mainly)..not hard to fire up dinghy outboard and tow?
