PHUKET: Heartthrob One Direction singer Zayn Malik, spotted at Seduction nightclub in Patong with a blonde who is not his girlfriend, has denied suggestions that he has been two-timing on the Thai holiday island.

He may have been photographed with his hand on the bare stomach of pretty blonde Lauren Rich, but according to the 22-year-old that means a lot less to the young generation than it would have if he was, say, 30 something.

The dark-haired vocalist is engaged to Little Mix's Perrie Edwards, 21.

After the pictures emerged, Zayn took to Twitter to declare his love for Perrie, saying: ''I'm 22 years old . . . I love a girl named Perrie Edwards. And there's a lot of jealous f**ks in this world I'm sorry for what it looks like x.''

Lauren posted the picture to her Instagram page and wrote ''Partying with Zayn from One Direction last night #thailand #1D #best #night #patong #phuket.''

The pair were photographed inside Seduction and later outside, holding hands.

Zayn and bandmate Louis Tomlinson were in the club, it is believed, to watch a DJ set by British star Example. It's not known where they are staying on Phuket or for how long.
