How can those issues be stopped when the penalties are so low ? Just 2-3 Photo and the penalty is paid.
To stop those actions the penalty must be severe.

2 day ago on BangLa during the day they were busy with lori..
And, on general topic of law enforcement by police, again half of Beach rd. in front of Impiana was blocked by tuk-tuks as there is a break of that famously efficient fenster.

I am wondering, were they "arrested" for having the iguanas or for pestering tourists....Iguanas are there every day and night.

I was on Bangla friday nigh and saw iguanas and loris everywhere...in fact one tout shoved a lori right in my face...I was so upset (and he knew it by my response)..I nearly hauled off and him

Kind of ironic really: the iguanas are taken away to a shelter, the guys are back on the streets and will acquire "new" iguanas and carry on. No lessons will be learnt. A new idea to solve this problem is needed...
