PHUKET: A Chinese guide on Phuket has told police that a thief robbed her of 100,000 baht and a Rolex watch overnight.
Luo Xiao Yuan, 29, told officers from Vichit Police Station, south of Phuket City, that the money was in a purse on a couch at her home, with the watch.
She and her husband awoke today at their two-storey house in Villa Daoroong Village, and went downstairs in preparation for going to work.
However, she spotted the purse and the watch missing and her husband noted that the front door had been forced open. Vichit police are investigating.
