PHUKET: Police believe high speed was involved in a crash on the Phuket airport road at 11.30am today that killed a passenger and left the driver of the pickup seriously injured.
The four-door Toyota pickup crashed while travelling in the direction of Thepkasattri Road and hit a culvert near the new LPG station, flying through the air before crashing upside down.
Tawatchai Sermras, 31, was killed while driver Leng Jampatong, 53, was taken to Vachira Phuket Hospital in Phuket City for admission.
