PHUKET: Police on Phuket are investigating an arson attack at Chalong in which three motorcycles went up in flames early today.
Jiranan Panpech, 32, who works on the Chalong pier in southern Phuket, said her car was singed when the motorcycles were set alight about 12.30am today.
Lieutenant Cheanchai Dowsuwan, from Chalong Police Station, said today that police were starting their investigation with no clues.
The motorcycles had been destroyed and there was no telling who their owners might be.
Once the owners came forward, police would try to determine whether any of them had enemies, he said.
