PHUKET: Four fishermen trapped off Phuket when their boat's engine failed fired distress flares that were spotted from shore by Kusoldharm Foundation workers about 9pm last night. Marine Police rescued Sukan Kaniana, 34, Wichote Suppon, 38, Nitinan Choichart, 34 and Sompeact Ratchakai, 23, by towing the vessel back to Rassada Pier about 1am.
