PHUKET: A Phuket man who thought his mistress was deserting him for another man killed her with shots to the head, side and back last night, police said.
Bhumsak Sripot thought he had previously killed Yupin Somrak, 46, with kindness, providing her with a house and a somtam restaurant, said officers at Thung Tong Police Station.
''She showed every intention of leaving so in a fit of jealous rage, Khun Bhumsak shot dead his mia noi,'' one officer said.
The shooting happened at 8.40pm in Get-ho village. Neighbors alerted police and Khun Bhumsak was apprehended just 300 metres from the scene.
