PHUKET: two Canadian tourists and a Thai ''captain'' were rescued after rough seas overturned a fibreglass shell off Krabi province about noon today.
The crew of a fishing boat came to the rescue as the Canadians and the ''captain,'' wearing life vests, struggled in the water.
The tourists set out from Railey beach for Hong island but quickly had their plans and their skiff overturned.
Rescuers carried the men back to the mainland, where they were heading for a checkup at Krabi Hospital.
The shell was towed to shore.
