Snakes alive! (Er, no...but they conduct electricity - Ed.)

Seems to me that something in Phuket electricity supply lines is not up to normal safety standards when a small green snake can be the cause of such destroying fire. Wonder or the owners of the shop house are insured, and or the insurance company now claim the damage with the electricity firm.
