PHUKET: Two men arrested by Phuket police yesterday admitted to four snatch-and-ride raids and to drug habits.
Wichan Taesanu, 25, and Kultakan Kudkam, 26, were tracked by police using security camera footage. Their arrests came at 4pm yesterday at a restaurant behind Mission Hospital in Rassada.
The men wore full-face helmets when carrying out their thefts. The latest one was at 1.30pm on April 21 in the Poonpol district of Phuket City.
Police raided their apartment and took possession of a mobile telephone, ATM cards belonging to three other people, an amulet, a bank book that did not belong to the men, five ya bah tablets and 0.6 grams of ya ice.

this lowlife crime is too prevalent risk and consequence does not enter there minds.
