Vietnam

voanews.com Official media reports in Vietnam have used harsh words to attack Chinese analysts who reportedly said Beijing has ''historic sovereignty'' in disputed waters of the South China Sea. Well done Singapore, better late than never. Now if only the PhuketWan Editor would stop 'Moderating' comments just because they differ from his opinion and are persuasive that would be progressive. Even if it is the final countdown of what has generally been an entertaining read.

I have never moderated a comment because of the opinions expressed but because of the lack of facts and logic to support those opinions, Stuart. Opinions on their own are valueless. I don 't want them. Readers don't need them. Everybody already has plenty of those.

Hmm, when I argued against unfettered immigration and in support of Australia's bold stance it was moderated and then low and behold a few weeks later one of the Paris gunmen was found with a Syrian refugee passport and proved my point.

Oh really? I just looked back and your comment ran in full, with my response. below it. Your bigotry is unquestioned. But there is no logic to your argument. One Syrian passport proves your point? There are six million Muslims in France but only a handful of them are psychopaths. What they fear is tolerance and peaceful resistance from moderates of all faiths. What they want is a war with war-mongers like you. Australia's ''bold stance'' is a great way of bringing it on.

As every European knows, there are many more than a handful and far from fearing tolerance they thrive on and take advantage of it, hence recent events.
Ironically your lack of tolerance of different views leads you to call me a bigot when I am anything but.

Editor Comment:

Bigots close borders to refugees without assessing whether they are genuine or not and bigots turn back all boats. Bigots make massive judgements because of the presence of a single Syrian passport. Do you qualify, Stuart? So far, you seem to be a bigot with bells on. And now, you speak for ''every European.'' You win an upgrade to ''deluded bigot.''
