Haze over Singapore, Malaysia, and parts of Thailand. Every year September month the same happening on Sumatra.It are all man-made fires by farmers for land clearing. How many trees disappear there this month?

Same thing happens in Chiang Mai, every year. It's not so much about clearing forest for farming but rather to clear the fields for the next crop.

Most trees in Indonesia and especially Malaysia are felled to plant oil palms. When you fly over Malaysia, you can clearly see how "organized" the trees are. It's all just a giant plantation.
