PHUKET: Changes of names and branding seem to be popular right now. Here's the latest refreshing break with the past as reported in a media release:
''The Board of Directors of Club Lersuang, a private residential estate in Bang Tao, Phuket, is delighted to announce that the property will be renamed ''Baan Puri'' with effect from July 1, 2012.
''The new name, put forward among many and voted as favorite by the leaseholders, represents a fresh start for the property, which has been under owner management since the dismissal of the former Directors in 2010.
''Removing the former name is symbolic of shedding the significant problems with which the owners were presented as far back as 2008, none of which were of their making and which they have steadfastly, collectively and successfully resolved at their own expense in the intervening years.
''In choosing the name, loosely translated as ''Our Home, Our Place,'' Baan Puri's owners have re-affirmed their ownership of the property and look forward to enjoying peace of mind, security and freedom from further difficulties.
''We thank our lawyers, Amphon Anuporn Associates, Bangkok, for their steadfast support, advice and fine attention to detail, and the owners for never wavering from the path of resolving the problems practically and commercially.
''May all who are involved with or who may stay at Baan Puri be well, happy and peaceful.''
Kind regards
