The accolade honoring hospitality excellence is given to establishments that consistently achieve the outstanding traveller reviews on TripAdvisor.
To qualify, businesses must maintain an overall rating of four or more from a possible five, as reviewed by users of TripAdvisor.
Additional criteria include the volume of reviews received within the past year. Dusit Thani Laguna Phuket has recently received 534 reviews, ranking 2/6 hotels in Cherng Talay, Phuket and rating four out of five.
