PHUKET: Centara Hotel & Resort's ''beach bar'' concept, known as Coast, is being introduced across more beachside Centara properties, after its successful launch at the Coast Beach Bar & Grill, Centara Samui Grand Beach Resort, Samui island.
Coast is an all-day venue combines a beach setting with a bar and grill restaurant that features indoor and outdoor seating options including beach ''day'' beds and a sunken terraced banquet area.
The roll-out of Centara's other Coast concept bars will continue throughout 2015, with Centara Grand Mirage Beach Resort Pattaya's Oceans being rebranded as Coast from May 2015 onwards, and Centara Grand Beach Resort Phuket building a dedicated new Coast restaurant to open during October 2015.
Centara Hotels & Resorts has 48 deluxe and first-class properties covering all the major tourist destinations in Thailand.
A further 25 hotels and resorts in Maldives, Vietnam, Bali, Sri Lanka, Qatar, Laos, Ethiopia, Oman, Turkey and China brings the present total to 73 properties.
