PHUKET: With the completion of an extensive renovation and upgrading program, Centara Hotels & Resorts has rebranded its Khao Lak Seaview Resort & Spa to Centara Seaview Resort Khao Lak.
Centara signed a management contract for the resort in March of this year and 70 million baht has been invested in ensuring that the property is in full compliance with the four-star Centara Hotels & Resorts core brand.

The resort is less than an hour's drive from Phuket International Airport.
There are 230 rooms, including Deluxe, Pool Villas, Beach Villas, Family Suites and Family Residences.
Deluxe category rooms have the option of one king-size bed, or two queen-size beds for families wishing to stay in one room. Connecting rooms are also available.
Dining facilities include the Orchid Restaurant, serving Western and Continental breakfast, while Talay Tong, set on the beach serves drinks, lunch and dinner with a Thai and international flair including homemade pizzas and exciting themed buffet evenings.
Rim Nam, the pool restaurant, is open for lunch offering light refreshments and snacks while the Beer Garden, located in the Plaza, offers evening drinks with a wide selection of local and imported beers and live entertainment.
The newest addition is Time Out, a sports bar where guests can keep up with the latest sports news, watch the premier games, catch up on emails and enjoy bar food favorites. All restaurants and bars offer indoor and outdoor seating
Spa Cenvaree has seven treatment rooms plus a sauna and steam room, and there is an extensive fitness centre that is equipped with the latest cardio equipment.
Leisure attractions include tennis courts, a squash court, new water sports facilities, snooker and pool, table tennis, and a Kids' Club that features Camp Safari for the youngsters and E-Zone for the teens. The resort has three large swimming pools.
Centara Seaview Resort Khao Lak is designed for meetings and events, with the largest function room able to hold 400 guests for cocktails or theatre style. The room is also divisible into two for more intimate meetings with smaller numbers.
