PHUKET: With foresight seldom so well documented, Phuket officials announced a tsunami practice drill just 24 hours before a real alert struck the Pacific today.
The drill is to happen on February 21 at Karon beach, with a ''tabletop exercise'' to be followed by a field training exercise at 1pm.
