The steady progression began with a goal from Geoffrey Doumeng at the seven-minute mark and continued with another from Luiz Eduardo Purcino - aka Dudu - after 18 minutes.
Sriracha Suzuki FC scored in response, leaving the outcome in the balance until Phuket's favorite Brazilian Dudu slotted his second goal at the 70-minute mark.
A great crowd of 4200 turned out at Surakul Stadium in Phuket City for Phuket's first win of the season after two draws.
The win for Phuket will lift Phuket from eighth spot to third position, with a great shot at promotion coming up. It sinks Suzuki a bit lower at the rear end of Division One.
A ruling by Thai Premier League officials that noisy fans had to move out of the Phuket City Surakul Stadiun grandstand to make way for quieter fans was obeyed.
