PHUKET FC has a must-win match at home in Phuket City on Saturday - and the chance to prove itself after three draws.
One of those draws was converted to a win on the basis of an opposition forfeit, but the Phuket Hulk fans will be much happier when their strikers convert a few to call their own.
This week's opponent, JW Rangsit FC, sits 16th out of 18 in the Division One table. No pushover, but with Phuket FC riding high at sixth with five points, it's a victory that has to be if Phuket FC is to fullfil its promise of a premiership.
The draw against the top side, Big Bang Chulalongkorn University FC, would have been a win except for excellent work by the goalkeeper and Phuket's waywardness in attack.
Phuket is injury-free and with a full squad packed with depth. The season has already produced plenty of excitement, and more can be expected on Saturday at 6pm at Surakul Stadium, along towards Phuket City from Central Festival.
Tickets are 50 baht for adults, 20 baht for children.
