About 500 Phuket fans - and a few North Korean ones - turned out for the rare chance to see Phuket meet international competition.
The match was organised as a follow-on from the international King's Cup competition in Bangkok last week and players from the North Korean national team participated.
Thailand and North Korea were joint bottom of the table in that event.
Phuket FC is shaping well for its second shot at promotion from Division One, boosted by a brace of international talent and a spend that club officials say totals 60-70 million baht.
we did play better and the team looks like its getting to know each other a bit better.
The Korean team were a big bunch and looked a good team,
1 thing worries me, i was all up for having a new Foreign star in Georgi however he does seem a petulant so and so, he was even heard shouting at an amateur player last week "do you know who i am?" NO GEORGI WE DONT KNOW WHO YOU ARE!!!!! WHO ARE YOU??
anyway i'm sure he will score a few goals for us but remember, if you were really any good Georgi would you have been shipped off by your old team in TPL to a division 1 thai league team???
Plain to see to everyone the last few warm up games that Moise is not a footballer and he will cost us goal after goal this year, he made the whole defence uncomfortable..he's not the answer!
Anyway overall good and encouraging performance with a game plan unlike last season..
