Public toilets on the Beach Road in Pattaya? They may as well put up a sign saying "Free rooms for quick kathoey sex". Thousands of he-shes patrol that road nightly looking for victims (in many cases to mug them) and you can pretty much guess that the toilets aren't going to be used for much, errm, "toiletry".
