PHUKET: An Australian, a German and a Thai bar owner have been arrested over one kilo of marijuana in the Phuket nightlife hub of Patong - but it was not the waft of the weed that attracted the attention of police.
Neighbors in Hasipee Road Patong complained to Kathu Police Station about the music emanating from the house, day and night.
When police went to investigate last night about 8pm they turned down the volume.
They also found about one kilo of marijuana and arrested three men in the house.
The owner, Pichi Torparakul, 40, who also runs a bar in Soi Bangla, German Markus Prabst, 41, and Australian James Curtis Skyse, 40, were placed under arrest..
