PHUKET: Phuket's best party, the Twinpalms annual White Party 2013, was held at the group's Catch Beach Club at Surin on Saturday. Our reporter reckoned the ninth version of the event ranked among the best yet, with the free drinks and food setting new standards. A huge queue is expected to begin forming any day now for the tenth anniversary bash in 2014.
