dailytelegraph.co.uk Alastair Campbell writes: Of the 11 countries involved in the [World Cup] bidding process, nine came in the top 42 in the Press Freedom Index. Qatar is placed at 121, Russia at 140. If Fifa were a country, it would be closer to Qatar and Russia than Holland (3) or England (19).

So glad you wore your crash helmet, Christie Sym. It could have turn out very bad if you hadn't. This again shows how important it is to keep up with the helmet law.

On the 13.12.2010 it will be one year since Shane had his motorbike accident.

I will be doing a little update on him soon, so his friends in Phuket can keep up with his progress.
