When I booked for next week to London return, they failed to mention there is a stopover at KL airport. I was informed and lead to believe the flight was direct to Doha from HKT. Shame as I've been flying with these guy for the past 6/7 yeas and more then once a year too, yet they deceive like that.

I wouldn't call it deception. That's the way it's promoted but I guess they expect people to quickly learn how the Doha-Phuket-KL links work.
