Oddly The Bangkok Post is saying that among those deaths Trat is the only province without any road deaths. I thought that Phuket was a province? I stand to be corrected though.

You stand to be corrected. The Bangkok Post says: ''The only province without road accidents was Trat.'' Phuket has had accidents and injuries but no fatalities.

Am away from Phuket for Songkran, so am wondering how are the NON water play areas going, how are is NON sale of alcohol areas going and how are the bans on pick ups with water tanks going. Surprisingly, have seen no reports on any of the English media.
