Thai Education authorities should not just order double checks (?) on foreign teachers only when it comes to pedophile prevention.
They should do that 'double check' on all teachers, foreigners and thai.

I agree with Kurt and this should be extended to anybody who deals with kids. Kids should be kids and not have to worry that that adults are going to spoil their happy world and scar them for life.
Maximum penalties for kiddy fiddlers.
