Ha! I could supply you with full details of a Phuket publication that cheerfully rips other writers off and double-invoices unsuspecting 'clients' but I'm sure you know about it already... BTW it's on its way out from what I hear.

The Daily Mail model is also being adopted by a national online publication. It's even easier when all you have to do is translate articles into English.
