Do the Phuket Police Commander, Major General Teerapon Tipjalern,that to get drunk driver has to make a check point at the right time in the right place?? May be should realize that bars instead of 1 am really close at 2-3 am and that after there are discos that even close at 5-6 am.. ICON pub in Rawai was the worst: never see a policeman on Saiyuan road after 1 am in the last 10 years..
