Good luck for the tourist, but can someone explain why the involved persons need to point? Is it a cultural habit which must also be adopted by foreign visitors? Very odd indeed.

@seht this is the customary form of point of proof of 100% postive identification of the offender/s by the victim which the courts accept to ensure they have the correct accused appearing as I understand it,im sure they have optional methods as well.
