PHUKET: Phuket police have arrested a man they say is responsible for at least 20 break-ins at luxury houses around the Bang Tao, Surin and Laguna districts of Phuket.
Secuirty camera footage eventually led officers to the rented room of Witawat ''Bell'' Manisri, 26, in Cherng Talay on Friday.
There they discovered a treasure trove of wide-screen television sets, home theatres, iPads, quality laptops of all types and sizes, binoculars, gps devices and a couple of sets of golf clubs.
Marc Hediaer, an expat businessman based in Hong Kong who has a home at Laguna Phuket, was among the first of the victims to recover his belongings.

Without intending to offend anybody then it seems like it is same kind of people that get caught with this kind of crime ... usually male, young and from another province ... I don;t think they do it just for the fun of it but because they probably also did not do well at school and do not posses any education at all....maybe time to pick these guys up and offer them an basic practical education so they can be sluiced into society. .There seem to be many empty positions so there should be jobs available.
