Has anyone noticed that the underpass at Central exits and enters at the Wichitsongkram school. This is where the children cross the road. There was always a Policeman there and a small grass area to help the kids cross the road. When this underpass is finished how will they cross.Do we wait for a disaster and say we did not know. The skywalk at central east and west has been up for months. Baht more then children???
