PHUKET: Amcham will hold a forum entitled 'Doing Business in Thailand - Three Things You Should Know' on Thursday November 29 at Royal Phuket Marina.
Three top international lawyers will be on hand to talk about how to do business without Thai nominees, enforcing contracts through arbitration and the increasing focus on criminal corrupt practices/anti-corruption laws.
The American Chamber of Commerce Legal Committee is heading up the event along with the Greater Phuket Chapter.
Anyone who is doing business on Phuket or those who want to be up to date on the current state of legislation which impacts nearly everyone should attend.
The venue also provides a great opportunity to network with a wide range of business people.
