Taxi driver Pat Donnelly is going to make ten pounds an hour charging for a one-hour drive in his tuk-tuk. Phuket tuk-uk drivers can make that in five minutes.

How can someone import a tuk-tuk to Glasgow Scotland and operate it as a licensed taxi and be able to charge less than in Phuket?

And the tuk-tuk has passed what safety tests exactly - not a crash test for sure, emission test - maybe (in Glasgow). But who would want to be driven round the frozen wastelands of Glasgow in a Tuk-Tuk. No rear (or driver) heater one would guess.
